If you’re seeking your happy place, Waterford is an excellent choice for community living at its best. Tucked away in a quiet woodland cove, this inviting neighborhood offers an ideal opportunity to dwell amid beautiful natural surroundings, yet be close to all the conveniences of a thriving downtown.
Here you’ll find a friendly and welcoming community with comfortable housing at moderate prices, including about forty individual houses, sixteen condos in four buildings, and four townhouses.
Condo residences offer two bedrooms and a generous living/dining area with a fireplace, a large deck or enclosed porch, and a lake view. Townhouses are larger with similar amenities and, usually, more bedrooms.
Individual houses range from two bedrooms to four. All have at least two baths, generous living spaces, and rear decks or enclosed porches, some with mountain views. Almost all have garages and many have basements for hobbies and extra storage. Most Waterford houses were built in the 1980s in similar architectural styles. To preserve harmony in design, house owners must seek approval from the WPPOA’s Architectural Review Committee for exterior renovations or changes.

With diverse backgrounds and experiences, homeowners here enjoy sharing a wide range of interests and activities.
